The game takes 30sec-5min to load on a computer after the screen goes black. How long did you wait before ending the task?

about 10 minutes, as soon as it goes black though it says not responding. It freezes basically, doesnt even try to load.

i need help.. when i click on the game it doesnt start up can u help me??

I guess the technical staff have taken down the log in to fix the problems judging by this error i now get lol.

just wait a little longer than it loads up happen to me to and i waited than it worked

i was playing a few minutes ago them suddenly, the game closed...now i am try to enter in the game but when i double click in the icon....it appears a small window with some squares and when i press ok it send me to the phoenix dynasty site... what is this?

How Can i solve this?PLZ fast!

Well this error happens only when I choose TEST2 server. What could I possibly do to solve this problem? Thanks!

i just download client 7212 and install, its all ok
but when i click play.exe, i get this:

either i click [X] or OK button, it links me to http://pdo.enjoymmo.com

so i cant log into game (i have try re-installed but still not work)

please help me, thanks a lot

Help. Please~  i Am Sorry i am Not Sure where to Find Compatibility. in these forums. im new. please Can you Tell me What the compatibility is? Should i run in compatibility mode for XP service pack 2?Or??? umm im on Vista. and when i run the client, it turns my Screen dark with odd Colors, And Splits it into two sections, one side will be a funny looking Screen Exactly half the screen, The other half is my mouse and a black Screen, to witch i can control the buttons. it totally splits the screens Control and looks in half. HELP ^^

Please note that while the game recommended requirements are as low as a Pentium III 800 MHz, I had difficulty running the game on the following:

OS: Windows XP Media Center Edition, Service Pack 2
CPU: Pentium 4 3.20 GHz
RAM: 512 MB DDR PC-3200
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 6200 PCI (128 MB RAM)

The game was very laggy and took a long time to load, often minutes before the black screen would disappear.

On Vista (on my regular PC which is much more powerful) I have had absolutely no problems running the game, usually having 2-4 clients open at one time. (Core  2 Duo 2.40 GHz, 2 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX 768 MB RAM) Running in 1024x768 windowed mode with effect ON in all clients.

I did not need to run the game in compatability mode nor as Administrator.

The same goes for Windows 7 Beta actually.

just installed and patched the game, server status says its good and when I go to finish making my character i get a "Invalid Connection" (1020) error. what do i need to do ?
